Our new Real Rewards App is here!

For most users, the app will automatically update based on the device setting on your phone. If yours doesn’t, just update in your usual way by going into the Apple Store/Play store and simply clicking update on the Real Rewards app.

If you don’t have the Real Rewards app already, what are you waiting for? This is the perfect time to download it!

Our new look Real Rewards app makes saving on your shopping that much easier. Enjoy all of our latest enhancements while having all your rewards and savings at your fingertips.

Existing Real Rewards Member?

Here are just some of the ways that we have improved our app:

  • Vouchers & Coupons are now on the Home Screen. You’ll find all your vouchers and coupons on the main screen of the app as soon as you open it, along with your Real Rewards Card.
  • The new “See all vouchers” & “See all coupons” screens will show your valid and upcoming savings. This will help you plan your shop with us, so you never miss out on the opportunity to save even more!
  • The new “My Card” feature acts as a virtual wallet for you to easily access all your rewards without having to flick through different pages of the app while at the till.
    • Before you shop, simply pre-select the vouchers and coupons you wish to use, and then access them all at once in the “My Card” section in the top right-hand corner of your app when you’re at the till.

New Real Rewards Member?

  • Digital Registration is now available for all shoppers. Sign up to Real Rewards from the comfort of your couch. You no longer need to pick up a physical card or application form in-store. Simply download our app, click register, enter your details and your local store and within minutes you will have your virtual Real Rewards card ready for scanning.
    • Don’t panic! Customers can still register by picking up a card in store and register via our App, Website and Call centre on 0818 220 088

Once logged into the app you can:

  • Get weekly savings with new app vouchers and coupons.
  • View and enter our new Scan to Win monthly prize draw, for a chance to win prizes in your local SuperValu.
  • Avail of extra savings in the ‘Deals’ section of the app.
  • Access your digital Real Rewards card.
  • View your recent history of used vouchers and coupons.

TOP TIP: Make sure to turn on push notifications within the Real Rewards app. That way, you will be the first to hear of our latest offers, rewards and opportunities to save!

Don’t worry, you don’t have to be. We’ve outlined how to manually update or download our Real Rewards App below:

Updating your app:

iPhone Users:

  1. Open the app store on your phone.
  2. You’ll see your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen. Tap it.
  3. Scroll to see pending updates.
  4. Tap ‘update’ next to the Real Rewards App.
  5. Enjoy the great savings!

Android Users:

  1. Open the play store on your phone.
  2. You’ll see your Google Profile in the top right corner of the screen. Tap it.
  3. Tap ‘Manage apps and device.’
  4. Under ‘Updates Available’ tap ‘See Details.’
  5. Tap ‘Update’ beside the Real Rewards App.
  6. Enjoy the great savings!

Downloading our app: 

  1. If you have an iPhone, go to the App Store.
  2. If you have an Android, go to Google Play Store.
  3. Type in “Supervalu Real Rewards” to the search bar and download the Real Rewards app, which is completely free.
  4. Once the app has downloaded, click into the app and log in or register for a new Real Rewards digital card. If you are already a Real Rewards member, use the same log in details as you used to register on the Real Rewards section of the Supervalu Website.
  5. Once logged in, please go to ‘settings’ to turn on contact preferences e-mail, SMS and push notifications to stay up to date with the best deals.

Terms & Conditions for App Vouchers

  1. The SuperValu Real Rewards App must be downloaded and the login or register process completed to avail of this offer.
  2. The Money-Off Vouchers for SuperValu Real Rewards App users will be available on the home screen of the app and also in the “all vouchers” section.
  3. The Money-Off App Voucher entitles the holder to the discount value shown on the Money-Off App Voucher provided that the minimum spend as specified on the Voucher is spent in a participating SuperValu in one transaction excluding exclusions during the period of the Money-Off App Voucher’s validity. The Money-Off Voucher may, at Musgrave’s discretion, be linked/limited to specific ranges of products in store.
  4. To redeem the Money-Off App Voucher either: (a) scan the Money-Off App Voucher from the App together with your Real Rewards card in-store at time of payment; or (b) when prompted, insert the 9-digit code when shopping online at www.SuperValu.ie. The Money-Off App Voucher is redeemable online for selected SuperValu stores only.
  5. The Money-Off App Voucher must be fully redeemed in one transaction, no change can be offered for any unused value of the voucher.
  6. A Real Rewards account holder can download the App on more than one device. Only one Money-Off “Welcome App Voucher” will be issued per Real Rewards account.
  7. Money-Off App Vouchers may be used in conjunction with other SuperValu voucher offers, but the minimum spend requirement for each voucher must be met and if you are applying multiple vouchers on one spend, you must meet the total combined minimum spend for each voucher in order to use those vouchers.
  8. The minimum spend for a voucher cannot be earned through the purchase of any of the following goods: Lotto and lottery tickets, phone top-up vouchers, call cards, GAA tickets, gift vouchers, postage stamps, savings stamps, tobacco products, nicotine inhaling products, certain medicines, fuel (except for coal, gas, peat and wood), infant formula products, alcohol products and Deposit Return Scheme charges, in line with government legislation. Other products and ranges may be excluded at any time and without prior notice and such changes will be at the discretion of your local SuperValu or Musgrave or as directed by Irish or EU legislation.
  9. All Money-Off Vouchers will be determined by Musgrave at its sole discretion.
  10. Existing Real Rewards members who want to download the app must login with the same personal email address and password they use for logging into www.SuperValu.ie/rewards.
  11. New members can either pick up a registration form in-store and complete the registration journey via the Real Rewards app or website, or alternatively register for a digital card through the Digital Registration journey on the Real Rewards app.
  12. The SuperValu Real Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions can be found at https://supervalu.ie/terms. Any new app offer terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with the main terms and conditions of the programme.
